INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA INTRODUCTION

This document contains general information regarding B&D Hotels SA (hereinafter referred to as B&D Hotels) processing of personal data of current and potential Customers, current and potential Contractors, including those visiting the B&D Hotels website. The document meets the information obligation imposed by the Regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on the data protection) (Journal of Laws EU.L.2019.119.1) (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

The administrator of personal data is B&D Hotels SA with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Barska 28/30, 02-315 Warsaw.

WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?

If you are our customer, we process your personal data in order to perform the services required by the law, for the needs of duties, settlements, including the issuance of documents confirming the sale, booking, tax matters, to enable claims as well as ongoing contact with you as our client. The basis for processing is the contract concluded between you and B&D Hotels, regardless of its form. If you are our Contractor, personal data may be necessary to perform the tasks resulting from the contract that binds us, its settlement, booking, tax matters, claims, as well as ongoing contact in this respect. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

If you are our customer: name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, car registration number, bank account number, age of children. If you are our contractor: name and surname, company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, tax identification number, bank account number, name and surname of the representative, contact details of persons for ongoing cooperation.

HOW DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA?

In the case of customers, the data is collected by phone, e-mail, via the contact form on the website, during direct service. In the case of contractors, data is collected through ongoing proceedings, discussions about cooperation and through cooperation.

DO WE PERFORM THE PERSONAL DATA PROFILING?

We do not process personal data in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling, i.e. no decisions that cause legal effects or substantially affect the person will be based solely on the automatic processing of personal data and will not be associated with such automatically taken decision.

HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Personal data is processed as long as there is a purpose for processing them as well as for a period that results from other applicable laws.

WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?

The right to rectify - in the case of situations where the data turns out to be incomplete or incorrect. The right to "be forgotten" - the right to request the deletion of personal data. The right to limited processing - at the express request, blocking access to personal data by authorized persons. Right to object - if objections are raised regarding the processing of personal data, the data will not be processed unless there are other reasons for the processing to be continued. The right to transfer - the right to transfer the personal data to another administrator. The right to file complaints - if you believe that our conduct in the processing of personal data violates any applicable laws, you can complain to the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection.

DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITHOTHER ENTITIES?

The personal data we process may be made available to the processing entities that provide services on our behalf under the contract for entrusting the processing of personal data. Access to personal data is also provided to entities that support B&D Hotels in the daily activities. In cases required by law, we are obliged to transfer the data to authorized state institutions.

DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA?

We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

DO WE USE COOKIES ON THE WEBSITE?

The "cookie" file is a small text file sent by a web server and saved on the user's end device side (e.g. on your computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.). By default, the parameters of the "cookie" enable the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them at each visit. B&D Hotels does not use them to store personal data, nor does it disclose content contained therein. Blocking "cookies" in your web browser may block some of the functionalities of our site. Cookies do not contain data that uniquely identify a person - based on them, you can not determine anyone's identity. The files are also not harmful to your device, they do not change its settings or the software installed. Reading their contents is possible only by the server that created them.

WHAT TYPE OF "COOKIES" DO WE USE?

Files necessary for the proper functioning of our website, to navigate through it, make reservations and download multimedia materials, ensure the security of transactions made using the on-line booking system, enable us to collect statistical data on the functionality of the site, allow you to remember your settings and preferences and receive personalized advertising, as well as to enable the integration of the Facebook social network service.
